Mary Francis "Frankie" Prothro Barnard was born in Arkansas. She married Horace Greeley Barnard Sr on 4 Jun 1907 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They had four children. She is buried in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
