Scope and Contents A manuscript of the 17th century, this volume contains a series of important official reports, some of which appear to be in the handwriting of Francis Gwyn, Under Secretary of State, 1681-89. There are about 200 pages in all, bound in contemporary calf and in fine condition. It is No. 7419 from the Phillipps collection. It is written in both French and English.
