Dr. Rogers came to Texas with his father, Joseph and two brothers; Joseph J,Josiah I in the Military Missouri Rangers. 1838 - In the Texas Military,Capt Mark R Robert's 2nd Regiment, 4th Militia Brigade Surgeon 1840-41 5th congress of the Republic of Texas. Judge Paschel co, Tx 1841-1842 — Republic of Texas Judge.
