Scope and Contents Return filed by Chris Madsen, 1895. A United States warrant with Return, filed April 4, 1895, for Zip Wyatt, alias Dick Yeager, John Doe and Richard Ron. Return is signed "C. Madsen / Dep. U. S. M." Madsen writes on the Return: "Within named man has been pursued by myself and other deputies for several months. On the 3rd last, he was reported near Enid, and I went there, and took up his trail, but did not arrest him, as a party of farmers, who were also pursuing him, had already secured him...
