Scope and Contents Hand colored copper engraved regional map of the Annandale region of southern lowland Scotland, around the Solway Firth. It is based on Timothy Pont's survey of Scotland by Timothy Pont conducted between 1583 and 1601 and revised by William Gordon for inclusion in Volume 5 of Blaeu's Atlas, beginning in 1654.
