Fine press printing ephemera, Undated
Consists primarily of prospectuses and printer's catalogs including a variety of ephemeral publications from book marks to small pamphlets. Also included are typed and handwritten letters. Represented are Hammers Anvil Press, Cummington Press, Leo Hart, James Low, the Typophiles, Press of the Wooly Whale, Lawton and Alfred Kennedy (book designers of San Francisco), and Book Club of California.
John Bennett Shaw Collection, 1894-1975
The John Bennett Shaw Collection is comprised of extensive collections of modern literature, books relating to Native Americans, early travel, and Oklahoma, archival materials, photographs, pamphlets, phonographic discs. The modern authors represented include William Faulkner, Ernest Hemingway, Thomas Wolfe, John Steinbeck, and Katherine Mansfield.
John Bennett Shaw collection of John Steinbeck ephemera
Along with over 125 volumes of primary and secondary Steinbeck materials, the Steinbeck collection includes a set of signed advance galley proofs for the first edition of Steinbeck's 1937 novel Of Mice and Men as well as proofs for Grapes of Wrath. Another unusual item is the 1936 Christmas present from Steinbeck's publisher announcing the publication date for Of Mice and Men.

The collection is organized into two series: Series 1: Katherine Mansfield correspondence and Series 2: Jeffrey Meyers papers (writings and research material relating to his book, Katherine Mansfield: A Biography (1978).

William Edwin Rudge lithographs, approximately 1930
Color lithographic portraits, one each of Herman Melville, Stephen Crane, and Edgar Allan Poe; the Poe portrait was executed and signed in pencil by Ferdinand Huszti Horvath. All were printed by William Edwin Rudge. Each print measures 55.5 x 47.7 cm.
It is uncertain as to whether these were printed by Grandfather William Edwin Rudge or by his son, also named William Edwin Rudge.
William Faulkner ephemera
Consists of a signed studio portrait of Faulkner and photo-reproduction of a group photo of the Mississippi Gamma-Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity featuring Faulkner; miscellaneous correspondence; exhibition and seminar programs about Faulkner; publication announcements; and press cuttings about Faulkner's life and work.
