Scope and Contents The Tulsa Bibliophiles, or Tulsa Bibliophile club, was a group of like-minded men including John Ellinghousen, James Gourley, Rush Greenslade, V. J. Houston, John Bennett Shaw, and Edward J. Soph. They were committed to collecting all of the first edition works by Walt Whitman.
