Content Description
The library's popular culture archive began in the 1970s, and has continued with with the acquisition of the E. Nelson Bridwell and R. A Lafferty Collections. After that point, Special Collections began receiving small donations here and there, most notably from Paul Dale Roberts, Marc Carlson and Starbase 21, Tulsa, OK. The official acquisition date of this collection is July 2006, with later additions. There are a variety of materials associated with this collection, and on the same topics in the regular catalog. Ads, Flyers, comic books, Convention materials, fanzines, and so forth.
