Photocopies of court documents and associated correspondence and documents on Case No. 90-C-0248 E, a suit filed by the Plaintiffs alleging that the United States Secretary of the Interior established restrictive rules for voting privileges in Osage tribal elections, and that the rules are therefore unconstitutional and that the Defendants' organization and supervision of Osage tribal elections were a denial of equal protection of the laws and in violation of Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1968.
