Series 2 - Comic Book Library, Undated

This is an artificial umbrella collection bringing all comic books and related material into a single entity. Each series will consist of a separate previous acquisition, or series of acquistions.

The library's popular culture archive began in the 1970s, and has continued with with the acquisition of the E. Nelson Bridwell and R. A Lafferty Collections. After that point, Special Collections began receiving small donations here and there, most notably from Paul Dale Roberts, Marc Carlson and Starbase 21, Tulsa, OK. The official acquisition date of this collection is July 2006, with later additions. There is a variety of materials associated with this collection, and on the same topics in the regular catalog.
