"Dear Mr. Hewitt, I am very sorry to trouble you again in connection with my Nesbit biography, which is now gradually drawing to a close. I have been held up in the book by moving and every other conceivable disturbance, but at last I am able to say with something approaching security that I shall be finished in a few weeks. In the meantime, it is necessary for me to clear up literally hundreds of small points, and I am trying to distribute my queries as equally as possible among the kindest of my helpers. Question number one is this:- In two issues of the Neolith there were contributions from someone named "Oswald Bastable."..."
