Illustrated Easter card with menu printed inside. Menu lists chicken and other items. An attachment slip has handwritten instructions for a patient adhering to special diet orders, which coincide fairly well with the printed menu, but features fewer items. Sugar, creamer, butter are scratched out.

Verso of the printed card indicates that it was designed and printed by Aatell and Jones, Inc. of Philadelphia, that it was made in the United States, and is design number H-461.
