Grand Jury, began June 9. Issued trial papers to Judge Valjean Biddism, June 23. Published in TW 6/26/21. Grand Jury ordered by Governer J.B.A. Robertson, June 2. Named District Judge W. Valjean Biddism of the Twenty-first court, presiding jurist and ordered Atty General S. P. Freeling to air the court on June 3. Robertson Papers. Atty-Gen Freeling's files were unproperly strowd and consequently destroyed. Ref. Hallibuston, Jr. TU, pg 22 & 23, FN #20.
