Typed mimeograph caption pasted on verso reads: "Maintain Picket Line despite Injunction. New York City----Here are two of the four pickets who maiuntain their line in front of the Busch Jewelry Company Store here, despite an injunction forbidding such action by Surpreme Court Justice Salvatore A. Cotillo. A policeman on duty outside the store did nothing to interfere with the picketers, saying that he had received no orders. Meanwhile, an attorney for two of the unions enjoined by Justice Cotillo's sweeping injunction was appearing in the Appellate Division askinbg a stayt of execution of the injunction pending appeal."
