The Signpost Library was a subscription library in operation during the 1930s and '40s in Tulsa. Established by Mrs. W.R. (Hope) Holway. W.R. Holway served as engineer for the Spavinaw Water Project.

Content Description

This is a collection of books and material relating to Stephen Crane, best known for his book The Red Badge of Courage. The larger collection includes Crane first editions, such as The Red Badge of Courage and Maggie. This particular collection consists of a large group of secondary critical material.

There is a secondary batch of Crane and non-Crane material housed as the Roger S. Randolph Library.
