Scope and Contents

U.S. Army, World War II photo album documenting Richard Kenneth Lee's activities from Fort McClellan, Alabama to India (India-Burma Air Service Command, Karachi Air Base), 1942-1945. Richard Lee was with the US Air Force 479th Bomb Squadron. The album consists of 170 b/w photographs mounted in album with paper photo corners in a commercial photograph album with black cloth boards, patriotic emblem embossed and gilt stamped to cover, stating "My Photo-Memories of Service in the U.S. Army" and "Fort McClellan, Alabama" and bound together with a cord tie.
