Photocopy of a short column from the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, reviewing and describing the Thunderbird Restaurant. Written by Prudence Penny, a name apparently shared by many journalists across many newspapers, but in this instance, was more likely a pen name taken by Bernice Orpha Redington, a home economics expert who lived in the Washington area.
