Scanned page contains part of an address about Vinnie Ream as well as a list of signatures. There is a handwritten note on the page that appears to be a copy of part of the address that is not included in the scan. The note lists the date of April 1866, which is most likely when the address was written. One of the signatures listes is President Andrew Johnson.

Scanned page contains story about the Illinois State Historical Society's aquisition of a letter from Vinnie Ream to Mr. Mundy, dated June 13th, 1868. The letter is included in the story with commentary.
