This document is a note to Paul Revere, signed by Gen. Joseph Warren certifying Paul Revere as a member of the Committee of Safety. It is dated April 29, 1775, eleven days after the "famous ride."

This may certify that the bearer, Mr. Paul Revere, is messenger to the Committee of Safety and that all dispatch and assistance be given him in all instances that the business of the Collony may be facilitated.
