Content Description Original typescript and one copy of the self-study of the University conducted by the faculty and presented to President Ralph L. Langenheim. The report is signed by Laurence S. McLeod, director of the study and professor of psychology. Included with the survey is a map of Oklahoma with black circles indicating white colleges.

William Settle papers, 1900-1985

Scope and Contents Research materials related to the history of Tulsa compiled for the purpose of writing a book on the topic sponsored by the Army Corps of Engineers in Tulsa. Some material related to Dr. Settle's dissertation on Jesse James and on dime novels. Dr. Settle was a faculty member of the history department at The University of Tulsa.
