Greg Gray collection of petroliana, 1974
Petroliana collection that includes a Milton Bradley board game called "King Oil", for ages 9 to adult, combining luck and strategy to control the oil fields. Game includes plastic game board, plastic playing pieces, printed playing cards, play money, and instructions and 3 issues of "Mid Continent News Humor".
"Story of Oil" HO gauge scale model kits, 1957, 1959
Collection consists of:
1. The Fabulous Story of Oil model oil field kit, Model #500, manufactured by Models of Industry Inc., Berkeley, CA; complete with handbook, instructions, and materials to build a drilling derrick with field equipment and men. 1957.
2. Model Oil Refinery Kit, Model #600, manufactured by Models of Industry Inc., Berkely, CA; complete with handbook, instructions, plans and materials for building a simple oil refinery. 1959.
Thomas Amburn collection of Bela Rozsa chess games, 1952-1973
Comprised of chess score sheets, transcriptions of chess games, and chess related press cuttings. The collection was donated by Thomas Amburn of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Frank Berry of Stillwater, Oklahoma, a member of the Oklahoma Chess Foundation, transcribed all of the chess games onto a compact disc in chess base format (www.chessbase.com) and then donated the book in the summer of 2006.
