Scope and Contents The Soper collection curently contains historical photographs, lithographs and some artifacts highlighting some aspects of 19th century American life, Native Americans and the westward expansion.
Content Description A collection of 24 photographs collected by Esther Hoyt, a teacher at several Indian schools in the late 19th & early 20th century.

Scope and Contents Set of thirty-five pairs of photographs selected from the one hundred and twenty two sites visited by the Rephotographic Survey Project between 1977 and 1979. Each set consists of a reproduction of a nineteenth-century site photograph and the corresponding site photograph made by the Project photographer.
