The Jim Halsey Company brought such musicians as Arlo Guthrie, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Freddy Fender, Roy Clark, Johnny Lee Wills, Barbara Mandrell, Hoyt Axton, Joe Venuti and Eldon Shamblin to Tulsa in the 70s and 80s.
