Patient account book of Dr. Ralph Workman, a physician from Woodward, Oklahoma. The entries date from 1907 to 1911 and give information as to date of visit, person's relation to account holder (i.e. wife, child, etc.), number of visits, charges for visits, office charges, gynecological and obstetrical charge, medicine, surgical and other charges, total debits, credits to date and amount due, and disease and treatment information. There are approximately 278 full pages of accounts.
