Biography
Charles Reeder was born in Appanoose County, Iowa. He was the son of Dr. Philander Reeder and, like his father, became a physician. In 1886 he married Jessica. He served as Mayor of Tulsa from 1904 to 1907. He died 20 December 1926 in St. Louis, Missouri, and is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Tulsa.
