Colored lithograph of "Battle of Churubusco, near the city of Mexico. Aug 19 & 20th 1847. Genl. Scott with 7,000 American forces totally routed the whole Mexican Army, numbering 32,000 men commanded by Genl. Santa Anna. American loss in killed and wounded about 1,100 men. Mexican loss: killed and wounded 7,000 men !!, ran away Santa Anna and 25,000 Mexicans !!!”
