Joy to Mrs. Nesbit [Edith Nesbit], Jan. 1st
Scope and Contents
Transcribed copy of the original letter.
"Dear Mrs Nesbit, Thank you so much for asking Miss Jameson to write to me from you, I very much enjoyed getting her letter, telling me where you live and all about your house. I don't suppose you remember Daddy do you ? he took your house at Crowlink, Friston, for a little while, about a month or more I think, when I was a baby, not quite a year old, in 1910, we loved it, at least Daddy and Mummie and my brother and sister did, but I of course can not remember it..."
