"Dear Skipper, Thank you very much indeed for sending me that extremely charming letter from your friend Mr. Tynemouth. It made delightful reading and I was exceedingly glad to see it. I enclose it with this, and should be grateful if you would convey to Mr Tynemouth some idea of my pleasure. I have been intending to write to you for some time to let you know that the book has done particularly well..."
