Moore, Doris Langley to Metropolitan Borough of Woolwich, 1932-07-15
Scope and Contents
Specifically addressed to Sir Arthur Bryceson, Town Clerk of Woolwich.
"Dear Sir, I thank you for your letter in reply to my recent enquiry. I am glad to know that a public library with special reference to children is to be erected on the site of E. Nesbit's old home, Well Hall House. I have not the slightest doubt that, if your council will permit this childresn' library to be dedicated to the memory of E. Nesbit, I shall be able to raise a sufficient sum to support the scheme adequately..."
