"Dearest Harry, I ought to have written before, I know, but I have been very busy and rather ill and we have been away. We are awfully hard up at present, so I can't take any shares in your paper, but I send you a poem which you can use if you like. It has not been published. If you don't care for it send it back please. I wish your paper every success. And I will send you something else for it, if you like, later on..."
