Minutes of the Meeting of the Tulsa Race Riot Commission Meeting at the Greenwood Cultural Center on June, 18, 1998 at the Greenwood Cultural Center. Topics discussed include memorialization and the Repentance Rally, oral history research with survivors, plans to create reproductions of the district before 1921, efforts to establish the number of victims (which inlcuded some of the earliest discussions of mass graves), research on property losses, and strategies to publicize the findings, including a website that contained "most asked questions" and other publications.
