One of eight handwritten letters from Marcel Duchamp to Simon Watson Taylor. Cordial letters, all in French, in which Duchamp touches upon such subjects as the Pataphysical number of Evergreen Review, sent by Watson Taylor, and points in the translation of material by himself when SWT was preparing the translation of Marcel Jean's "The History of Surrealist Painting." (Bertram Rota Inventory 1974, Pg. 52)
