Attacking the English "non-intervention" policy regarding the Spanish Civil War. 15 signatories including David Gascoyne, Henry Moor, Paul Nash, Roland Penrose, Herbert Read and Julian Trevellyan. This is a 1968 reprint of the original that was published circa 1937 by the English Surrealists Group. (Bertram Rota Inventory 1974, Pg. 39)
