Report on Left Group Artillery Scheme carried out in conjunction with raid by 14th Infantry Brigade on October 12th, 1916. Typed carbon copy document describing the raid between the hours of 7:30 pm and 7:47 pm. The report also notes caualties, and the wounding of Lieut. Mitchell. Signed by Lieut. Colonel, C.O. Left Group, in blue ink.
