"Somewhere in France. Brother Colbert, I received letter Christmas and the box today; also Walter Crowley and I wish to thank you and the other members, for it certainly was a treat and we enjoyed it especially the cigars, American cigars can hardly be got except the very cheap kind. I'm billeted in a house and am in a little French village...."
