Dark red buckram-covered slip case. Dark glossy red photo-ID with goldstamped text, and a green, white and red stip of ribbon pasted onto front cover; goldstamped winged airplane on verso. Cloth-hinged inner pages with B/W photo and official stamp and signatures.
