[Continued from page 52] 15 day hike [Faudremmt] and slept at Eppicourt chafed & tired. Had the runs all night. It snowed & was windy. 4 fr bought grape jelly crackers chewing gum & choc.

Tues. November 19th 1918. Had burn breakfast. Messed in my pants. Reported sick again. Loaned 2 francs of David Wolf. Bought chewing gum crackers & caramels & canned apricots at Y.M.C.A. #53. Expect to leave Eppicourt to-morrow.

Wed. Nov. 20th 1918. Eppicourt still here. Cold & windy Frank [Wreith] called on me & loaned me 5 francs.

Thurs. Nov. 21st. Eppicourt bought 2 pkgs crackers & 2 cans of jam for 5 francs.

Fri. Nov. 22nd. Left Eppicourt & passed [Pretz] & [Vanbecourt] and stopped at [Vanbecourt] where I met frank [Wreith] and got 15 francs from him & spent at Y.M.C.A. #53 & at this place.
