Mon. 17th. Cart drill all P.M. Capt. Hale had C drill [12] mules & 8 officers raced pell mell in stampded on mt. top. Letter from Reed & Alfreda.

Mar. 18th Tues. Same snow

" 20th Thurs. Saw King & Queen of Belgium & Gen. Pershing passed through [Montliot] & [Chatillon] Saw [?] alight. Snow like hell.

Mar. 21st Fri. Drilled in A.M. and off in P.M.

Mar. 22 Sat. 1919. Inspection letter from Hazel [?] billett wrote to [?] Cave & Walter.

Mar. 23rd Sun. Wrote to Hazel Apperson etc Maddox, Cox, Pavenson, Mandel, Aden, & McDermot missed reville and had to carry a pack to day. \

Mar. 24th. Rocks down to road bags & [box].
