Consists of material acquired during her research towards the writing of her books, Haunted By Home and This Book, This Hill, These People and is arranged into the following categories:

Riggs genealogical and personal background, which includes family histories and biographical information; family portraits; photographs of Riggs, his homes, and the Sunmount Sanitarium; notes pertaining to Riggs' acquaintances; and notes and transcriptions made from four of Riggs' scrapbooks.

Braunlich's materials on Riggs' writings, which include color transparencies of scenes from various productions of Riggs' plays; press cuttings of theatre reviews, playbills; and Braunlich's comparison of the play Green Grow the Lilacs and its film adaptation, Oklahoma!

Research correspondence, which includes letters to and from Braunlich to others and photocopies of letters to/from Riggs to others (such as Paul Baker, Samuel French Inc., Jacques Hadré, and Marion Starr Mumford).

Press cuttings of reviews of Braunlich's books; documents, research notes, and press cuttings relating to the Diamond Jubilee events and her book This Book, This Hill, These People; and press cuttings about Lynn Riggs and the Lynn Riggs Society.
