Series 2 - Correspondence

Includes 188 letters, post cards and notes from colleagues to Blair (and sometimes to Winnie, his wife) and date from 1940-1994; correspondents include Dr. James A. Gore (aquatic biologist, former Associate Professor, University of Tulsa Department of Biology, 1981-1990) and Dr. John A. Moore (zoologist, University of California at Riverside Department of Biology). Letters by Gore written from South Africa in 1989 contain commentary on the political situation there at that time. Included within the Moore correspondence are three photocopy autograph and 25 photocopy typescript letters from Blair to Moore. The correspondence is arranged alphabetically by surname and may be described at either the folder or item level.
