The collection is organized into 6 series: Personal papers; Professional writings; Professional organizations; Reproductive Services of Tulsa clinic files; Research and Educational materials; and Artifacts.

Series 1: Personal papers Includes correspondence to and from Santee, as well as her creative writings, such as poetry and plays.

Series 2: Professional writings Comprises academic, journalistic, and researched materials.

Series 3: Professional organizations Materials related to organizations with reproductive rights as their focus. Includes items like promotional flyers, meeting minutes, and annual reports.

Series 4: Reproductive Services of Tulsa Clinic files Materials that Santee collected from a local abortion and reproductive rights clinic. Includes hate mail, photographs of protestors, audiovisual recordings of protestors outside the clinic. Primarily dates to the 1980s and 1990s and offers insight into what it was like to work in an abortion clinic in Tulsa at that time.

Series 5: Research and educational materials Pamphlets, Santee's research for her writings, materials she used in the course of educating others on reproductive access and biological function.

Series 6: Artifacts Historical materials related to reproductive rights access. Poems, chants from rallies, song lyric sheets. Santee's extensive button collection, numbering somewhere between 800 and 900 unique pieces. Photographs and audiovisual materials from her international travels. Keychains, stickers, items she collected from traveling and attending political events.

Series 9: Tulsa Race Riot and KKK Materials Santee's writings about the 1921 event, as well as ephemera related to white supremacist hate groups, such as KKK newspapers and KlanWatch documents.
