Biographical / Historical

William Vail Lovell was born 21 November 1893, Leesburg, Florida to Myron and Olivia Lovell. He enlisted in 1917, and in June, 1918 he was promoted to 1st Lieutenant. After the war he was Electrical engineer for the Strut Car Company in 1920, Atlanta, and later for the Electric Co. in Seminole Co. Florida. Married 12 May 1921 to Lucca Winifred Chappell in Washington D. C. He died 8 September 1976, and was buried in Sanford, Seminole, Florida, United States of America.
