"Attached hereto are original minutes of 1832 [sic] of the Western Agency of Creeks (also referred to as Grand Council and Council)...These records are of probate variety; having to do with estates, appraisals, adjustment of debts; and are also a record of slaves bought and sold." Signed Thomas B. Donaldson, Feb. 14, 1942.

Manuscript ledger; penciled date on first page reads June 19, 1835 in hand not of that of the recorder; last date given as August 10, 1837.
