This is a two page article clipped from the February 1920 (vol. 1, no. 6) edition of The Bookman, with an extra, unrelated two page article by Henry Litchfield West. Conrad writes about the beginning of his friendship with Stephen Crane and the latter's contributions to literature.

This is a photocopy of an article written by Joseph Conrad that was published in The London Mercury, vol. 1, no. 2 which was issued in December 1919. The volume, issue and date have been handwritten in the top right corner in blue ink.
