Scope and Contents Label is "The Mainstreeters c. 1947," but this must be incorrect, because this picture is identical to the one on the inside the Ad Club brochure whose date printed on the front is Thursday, April 27th. This specific date occurred in the year 1944, although on the front of the brochure "c. 1945" is handwritten near the bottom right. Therefore, this photograph must have been made, at the very latest, in 1944, contrary to what is written on the back of it. It is taken in the same place and...

Handwritten in pencil on back: The Mainstreeters - c. 1946. However, this is the exact same setting and personnel as in the photograph 'Fireplace, Oklahoma City,' which is of the four instead as the Flying "L" Quartet, dated 1950 instead of 1946.
