Born in White Sulpher Springs, W. VA. He died in Effingham, IL. Mining Engineer and Oil Leases, he lived at 1402 S. Cincinatti from 1930-1938, them moved to 1725 S. Yorktown and lived there until between 1948 and 1950 (no 1949 directory).

Scope and Contents
A large collection of rare historical and art glass, aquired over the years by two friends, who were also friends of the University, T. R. Buell and W. R. Hawley. All pieces are assumed to be American in origin, unless otherwise noted in the inventory.
