Letter to Martin C. Dwyer from Harley Keele with suggestions and comments to help improve the 1979 IPE, such as not allowing exhibits that were unrealted to the developments of the oil industry, such as selling eye glasses, art work, and living room recliner chairs. They suggested raising the admission fees raised to discourage the general public from attending and congesting the show. Dated May 27, 1976.
