This item contains a promotional order form for a "Writers in Performance" event in the Winter/Spring 1983 hosted by The Literary Series at the Manhattan Theater Club. Jackson mentions this form in the letter to Slone.
There is a reference to an event Jackson will be participating in on the form:
"Monday, March 28, 8 pm: On the Writings of Laura (Riding) Jackson, A discussion with Sonia Raiziss, Theodore Wilentz, Brabara Guest. A taped reading will be aired, made exclusively for this event by Laura (Riding) Jackson, in which she summarizes..."
