Letter from Laura Jackson to J. Howard Woolmer, 1976-07-31

 Item — Box: 2, Folder: 2
Identifier: 1976.004.2.2.015

Scope and Contents

"It has been of comfort to me, your kindness of exerting yourself as you have done, over the little textual matter. Sometimes there are typist slips that one misses. But I could not trust any guess of mine as to 'preservers' being possibly such a slip. It rang as very likely what I had written."

...

"Now, to touch on the matter of manuscripts distribution, which I raised also in a telephone talk with you. Until recent times I have done little of this, except for the continual sending-up of things to Cornell to make a complete collection, and some little giving here and there, and a little occasional meeting of requests as to whether I had something I was willing to sell, from a library."
