National Guard Reports:
Bill B-3: Before midnight 5-31-21
Squad sent to Electric Co. substation, archer [Leturen?]
Boston & Cincinn. Black snipers ran employees off cussing.
[Vlachent?] if several [?] buildings including Brady, Hetil.
Kirpatrick B-5 B-4: 107 men came from OKC, w/ Gen Barrett/ armed 9:15 am.
Kirpatrick organized Legion men & marched them around [?] area. Divided men into groups to patrol and report in at intervals of 15 minutes.
Durley B-6: Legion men were organized into groups of 12 to 20 in change of ex service then instructed to pirsie order, watch for snipers in top of buildings, to assist in gathering up all Megroes taking them to aublic station and no one was to fire a shot unless to protect life. Patrols were distributed over city in [antro?] and walking patrols. Threat of reinforcements/ fires.
